Shipping days and tracking

We ship our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship later in the week to avoid any possible delays. After placing an order a tracking number will be emailed to you the day before shipping.

States, countrys, and rates

We ship to all US states except Hawaii due to their strict import laws. Shipping rates will depend on distance traveled. For example Alaska's shipping rates are a bit higher than the rest of the US. For the time being we only ship inside of the United states.

DOA on LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee)

If there is a DOA under LAG coverage send me clear photos of of the deceased isopods within 6 hours of arrival. I will refund the purchase price. (not including shipping) I will try my best to accommodate you and remedy the situation.
